TCF

The TCF is an official test issued by the French Ministry of National Education. It is intended for all non-French speaking audiences who wish, for personal, professional or academic reasons, to have their knowledge of French validated in a simple, reliable and recognized manner.

Applicants receive a certificate of results which positions them, for each skill, on one of the six levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This certificate is valid for 2 years.

The TCF is available in different versions:

·         TCF Tout Public: to assess one's skills in French for personal, professional or academic reasons.

·         TCF DAP: to pursue higher education in France.

·         TCF IRN: to justify your level of French in the context of a requesting or acquiring one of the following:

-          French residency

-          French nationality.
