Eight cities in the world (Paris, Geneva, Rabat, Tétouan, Cairo, Doha and Amman) will organize for the first time in the world an official certificate in Arabic developed by Institut du monde arabe in Paris. The selected institutions have been chosen for their quality education. The French Institute in Jordan is one of these institutions. This certification is intended for anyone over the age of 15 for either academic, professional or personal reasons, seeks a reliable and recognized validation of their knowledge and competence in Arabic.
The language that is certified is modern standard Arabic, practical to communicate in all Arab countries. It is one of the official languages of the United Nations as well as the language used by the press and media. It is this, the language of international communication, which is tested through IMA’s certification exam.
The test is made up of four mandatory modules totaling three hours in all. These include:
- Listening comprehension
- Reading comprehension
A certificate, valid for three years, is issued following completion of the exam.
To register and to try out this experimental test, you will need to provide:
- A valid identity document
- A photo ID
- The price is exceptionally 15 JDs as this session is considered as an experimental test.
